In the heart of Christmas-Shire, a wondrous place where dreams come true, the elves are bustling with preparations for the most magical day of the year. 

Father Christmas and his dedicated team of elves are working tirelessly to ensure everything is ready for the big day. All the letters must be read and cataloged, presents must be selected and wrapped, and most important of all, they must ensure the sleigh is in full working order, ready for its incredible journey around the world.

And don’t forget the one special ingredient needed to make all this possible. Magic!

But this year, something unexpected has happened – the reserves of Christmas magic have dwindled! Nutmeg the Elf, the beloved keeper of the magic, has discovered a mysterious leak and urgently needs your help to replenish the magic stores.

RELAXED SESSIONS: 

It's important ALL our visitors have the BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE at all of our Sneaky Experience events.  We are working hard to ensure our events are as accessible as possible. For our relaxed sessions, we will: 

* Turn off or reduce the volume of audio elements

* Bright lights will be dimmed

* Limit the number of visitors in the session 

* Deliver Disability Awareness training for all our teams
