Father Christmas’s helpers will greet you at the palace, taking you on a theatrical journey through a labyrinth of rooms, each with their own interactive characters and storytelling. The experience will conclude with meeting Father Christmas himself, who wants to reward you for your kind spirited help and for restoring the true meaning of Christmas.

A Magical Christmas Story

It is said that in order for magic to truly exist people must believe in its essence and boldly hold its virtue in their hearts. 

For centuries, the magic of Christmas has shone like a beacon, its power and energy spreading joy and gratitude far and wide. However, in recent years something has changed… The people still gather, still celebrate and still gift, but in the whirlwind of their festivities the bigger message is often a miss.

And when the meaning is lost, so too is the magic.

The consequence of a Christmas without magic at its heart, is a loss of the existence that created it from the start. 

Lapland itself is beginning to fade!!

In remedy, Father Christmas and his band of magic-making helpers are busying themselves all winter in an attempt to enlist the help of those children that believe the most.
The spirit of Christmas and the essence it holds must be relearned and reimagined and then countlessly retold!

It's important ALL our visitors have the BEST POSSIBLE EXPERIENCE at all of our Sneaky Experience events.  We are working hard to ensure our events are as accessible as possible. For our relaxed sessions, we will:

* Turn off or reduce the volume of audio elements

* Bright lights will be dimmed

* Limit the number of visitors in the session 

* Deliver Disability Awareness training for all our teams
